Sustainable Returns, Regenerative Impact
We develop, finance, and execute sustainable forestry and agroforestry projects that turn degraded lands into healthy and productive integrated landscapes. By combining sustainable forestry with conservation and regenerative agroforestry, we strive to deliver competitive returns alongside meaningful environmental and social impact.

Our Approach
The world needs more forests, not fewer.
That's why we're creating sustainable forestry projects on degraded lands. We meet growing timber demand without touching native forests, while actively restoring landscapes, creating new carbon sinks, and providing long-term employment to local communities. The wood products from our forests displace fossil fuel-intensive alternatives like concrete, steel, and plastic, multiplying our climate impact.
Our projects don't require a trade-off between returns and impact. We strive to deliver both by creating resilient, healthy, and productive regenerative systems.
Why We're Different
Our projects are optimised to supply existing local value chains whilst considering the needs and standards of international investors. All of our projects are also underpinned by the following environmental commitments:
In addition to that, every project is underpinned by three environmental commitments:
We strategically locate our forestry projects near industrial consumers (energy, construction, packaging), ensuring strong demand for our sustainable timber and forest products.
Every project is structured to meet institutional investor requirements: verified ESG performance, transparent governance, and competitive returns.

01
We only plant on degraded pasture and agricultural lands. We turn economically and ecologically depleted areas into high-value, nature-positive investments.

02
We are committed to protect forests alongside planting new ones. 25% of our land portfolio in Paraguay is dedicated to conservation and native forest restoration.

03
We blend mixed-species forests with silvopasture systems to to enhance biodiversity, sequester carbon, and maximise sustainable productivity.
Why Regenerative Forestry?
The world's forests are under pressure from multiple fronts. They are needed to absorb carbon dioxide and fight the climate crisis, but they are cleared for agricultural purposes and rapidly rising wood demand across many sectors - from construction and packaging to pulp and energy.
Even though deforestation rates have slowed somewhat in recent years, nearly 11 million hectares are still cleared every year - that's an area larger than Iceland. We need to take the pressure off native forests. Now.
Our solution? Transform degraded pasture lands into sustainably managed, healthy, and highly productive forest plantations. These serve as powerful carbon sinks, while meeting wood and forest products demand.

Our Projects
We’re actively developing projects in Paraguay with expansion plans already underway in Bolivia and Uruguay.
Our Partners & Subsidiaries
Forestry Operations
Our subsidiary, EFISA, is Paraguay's leading forestry operator and our partner on the ground. The team bring together three decades of forestry experience, having planted over 60,000 hectares of productive forest.
Carbon Registry & Nursery
EcoCorp is our carbon project developer. They're our experts in delivering scalable and verifiable emissions reductions through nature-based solutions.
Agroforestry Systems
We collaborate with Amazon for Life to build agroforestry systems using the Baru tree in areas devastated by wildfires in the Chiquitania, Bolivia.
